Charlie looked more than confused, but caught on fairly quickly. Danny and I were running. Danny jumped over large boulders that were in his way. Yup. The ninja. Rose kept running for a minute, but then slowly started to stop. "What the hell are you doin, Becca?!" Conner shouted at her, grabbing her arm, trying to pull her along. "Yeah, they're gonna kill us!" Vivi added. "They called me Rose..." She said in a faraway voice. "Exactly! They don't know you or they would have called you Rebecca!" Conner pleaded. "You don't understand..." she said and shook him off beginning to walk towards us. We ran quicker. She was coming towards us! She realized who we were! "ROSE!!!!!" I screamed again desperately. She started to run towards us. Faster. Faster. Sadly, Conner decided he and Vivi would have to follow her. The gap between us was closing. Danny slowed. He knew I had to meet her first. Rose ran into my arms. I held her tightly and I cried into her fiery red hair. She sobbed into my shoulder. "I...missed...you! I didn't...know...if you were...dead!" Rose choked out through the sobs. We collapsed onto the barren dusty ground, the heat and dehydration settling in on us.
Hours, maybe even days later, I woke up in our cave. Rose was still passed out beside me. I looked around the cave. It all seemed the same, except Charlie and Danny were giving cold stares to Conner and Vivi, who glared back. I cleared my throat, hoping to break the silence. Charlie swung his head to look at me and ran to my side. "Angie, are you all right??? I knew that was going to happen, I just knew it, but I couldn't stop you an-" I broke him off with a weak and soft kiss. "It's ok. I know. Calm down." I whispered hoarsely. He nodded and Danny walked over and knelt beside Rose. He smoothed her red hair. A flash of anger and hatred appeared in Conner's eyes. After I had eaten and drank some water, Rose's eyes fluttered open. This time we all rushed over. I reached her first and stared down into her beautiful brown eyes. "Good morning, Rose." I whispered happily. Conner and Vivi glared at me. "Shut. Up." Conner growled. "Don't you talk to her like that!" Charlie and Rose both said. I smirked. Rose did that a lot. Conner looked at her in disbelief. "She is my sister and you won't talk to her like that." Rose repeated. "But she's calling you Rose!!! Your name is Rebecca!" he reminded her for the second time he had met us. I looked at my little sister. "What is he talking about, Rose?" I asked. She sighed. "I changed my name once we broke out so they couldnt find me as easily." she said. I nodded. "Alright then. But I'm calling you Rose." Conner glared at me. "No, we're calling her Rebecca!" he spat. "Rose!" Danny stepped in. "Knock it off! It doesn't matter what you call me!" Rose shouted over the continuing volley of names.
