The game is going to need a lot more moderation since you snuck in a change that allows children to play. Congratulations to the mods though, the community and those who take care ofnthe community have always been what makes this game great š«¶
The game is ages 17+ and will be remaining so. The Terms of Service was actually recently updated to reaffirm this. Any changes you see to the game rating in your app store is done by Apple or Google (depending on which), and not ATA.

So they both changed at the same time, a couple of weeks after support told people that they are "trying to make the game available for 13+"? That's a crazy coincidence.
Congratulations to all the winning participants! Hopefully, this will serve as a learning opportunity to familiarize yourselves with this position to interact with and reshape the community. However, I would like to express that the silencing polices have tremendously put a large number of players at a disadvantage of getting selected as well, which I personally do believe is unfair, in some aspect. I have personally seen numerous individuals attempt to rage-bait and disrespect another person for their own personal entertainment, yet no action is taken into play when it comes to directly contacting any moderator. But, when a player accidentally posts an advertisement in the wrong comment section, they get silenced without remedy, which I interpret as highly ridiculous. Keep in mind that players don't even have the option to mute every channel of their preference, like the Campus chat, for example, due to it being "too hot." Even if it comes to a portion of people attempting to appeal for their silences, the developers take a considerable amount of time to reach back, and there is a chance that our conversations are randomly close without any feedback being given. Other people may have beliefs that contradict to mine, and that is okay, but I felt that these channel updates sabotaged the opportunity for other numerous participants as well in the process, despite all their thoughtful answers being given in the moderator application. I am hoping the silencing policies get polished and reworked, so certain players will no longer be victims of wrongfully get silenced over trivial issues.

Second, just out of curiosity, how many of new mods are Indians or Filipino š Because apparently ata only picking these two nations as mods for Euro-Asian server. š«Ŗ p.s. You shouldn't have put pimd as PG 12, this game is inappropriate for the kids. Even if they'll have other server, pimd isn't for that, cuz of child predators in this game along with do many rp maniacs šš p.p.s. Let's see how many of these new mods won't be around when we need them in campus or other channels lol
