Look first of all what you said is in forum section "rules of conduct". Second it say you have to leave a persons thread only if you use excessive bad language and such. Third if you are talked about on the thread you can respond.

uhh Jenny if they are spamming ur thread or posting inappropriate things in ur thread and then u ask them to leave they must. if they didn't do anything wrong then u have no right to ask them to leave.

 

Cookie, in the ToU it doesn't state you have to have legit reason for asking someone to leave your thread, it simply gives examples of reasons to ask someone to leave.

 

Why not just post a link to the ToU, and stop being a wannabe mod.

It's actually in forum behavior, not ToU that states the requirements for asking someone to leave. 
