DITCH I think everyone has the right to happiness... But to be fair, I dont like it when ppl try to shove their opinions down my throat.... Therefore, I don't do it to others. Lol, I always thought that was the whole point of tolerance and equality? Lol, I just like to disagree sometimes because it's always good to have different point of views in any argument. You did make a good point However, doesn't necessarily means you're right.
I'm not shoving my opinions down their throat. I'm just saying I think their opinions are stupid, and they blow.
Actually, since there's nothing in the constitution about them, they're considered exactly the same, and all laws and rights apply to them. Which is how it should be. (except for the marriage thing of course)
There's not a constitution and a constitution for homosexuals. The constitution applies to HUMANS in the US, and that applies to all of them, regardless of sexual orientation, or anything else for that matter.
Amendments are made to modify the constitution. So they are a part of the constitution. They add and delete parts of the constitution.
Same for women technically if it isn't directly said in the constitution then the group doesn't exist and therefore it has no rights
Really it does then womens suffrage and the civil rights movement didn't happen because those PEOPLE already had those rights
Dude, the constitution applies to everybody. Before, it didn't apply to women or black people, but amendments changed that.
