  1.  DITCH

I think everyone has the right to happiness...

But to be fair, I dont like it when ppl try to shove their opinions down my throat.... Therefore, I don't do it to others. Lol, I always thought that was the whole point of tolerance and equality?

Lol, I just like to disagree sometimes because it's always good to have different point of views in any argument.

You did make a good point  However, doesn't necessarily means you're right.

  2. And Jackson wtf?

  3. What?! I'm just sayin. There are reasons not to support not all good but still valid.

  4. Gay people have no rights

  5. I'm not shoving my opinions down their throat. I'm just saying I think their opinions are stupid, and they blow.

  6. Ohk happy monkey please tell me your kidding...

  7. I think he's saying they don't, not that he doesn't think they should. He's still wrong though. .-.

  8. Technically since there is nothing in the us constitution about them the they don't.

  9. Actually, since there's nothing in the constitution about them, they're considered exactly the same, and all laws and rights apply to them. Which is how it should be. (except for the marriage thing of course)

  10. You could say abo

  11. Ut black men but we had to whole amendments for that

  12. There's not a constitution and a constitution for homosexuals. The constitution applies to HUMANS in the US, and that applies to all of them, regardless of sexual orientation, or anything else for that matter.

  13. Amendments count as a part of the constitution.

  14. Amendments are made to modify the constitution. So they are a part of the constitution. They add and delete parts of the constitution.

  15. Same for women technically if it isn't directly said in the constitution then the group doesn't exist and therefore it has no rights

  16. Really it does then womens suffrage and the civil rights movement didn't happen because those PEOPLE already had those rights

  17. Dude, the constitution applies to everybody. Before, it didn't apply to women or black people, but amendments changed that.

  18. Before, it didn't apply to anyone. But we're not in the 1800's.

  19. Yes and there is no amendment giving rights to gay people is there?
