My and my partner tried to make it to the rs sale of 39 ec but last night she can't purchase ec because its glitching, now we weren't able to be in rs because of the glitch.. Please ix this and i hope there will be another sale fori t or compensation. Thank you

Thank you for your patience while we worked to investigate the issues from this morning. The following compensation is currently being distributed.

- Regens used between 5:00AM and 9:00AM PST will be returned
- Hypnocats and Pizza Bikinis used between 5:00AM and 9:00AM PST will be returned
- Failed or forfeited Parties between 5:00AM and 9:00AM PST will be completed
- Care Packages used between 5:00AM and 9:00AM PST will be refunded
- Hold Hands and Stroll Hand-in-Hand dates started between 5:00AM and 9:00AM PST will be refunded
