Its only 200 mil. And they aren't forcing other people to make it for them, if you are making a club for a random person, expect them to do whatever they want with it, that includes disbanding it a couple hours or days later.
Also, usually if you make a club for someone you get paid somehow for it. ? Why would you care if it disbands or not? If 200m is hard to come by for you, don't make a club for someone. Simple as that.
