There is possibility of u being a ghost if you have a particular motive to achieve in the world which you were not able to accomplish while you were in the world as physical presence will eventually make u ghost for ur whole life until u feel like u have accomplished that motive.
Damn what a turn on Keep talking like that Makes my feet tingle So much description sounds like a page in 50 shades of grey
Religions are not bad. Its the people who are bad. Its like saying a gun is at fault for killing a person.
I think most religion is designed to make people feel better about having an incredibly short lifespan, and offering hope to people that are badly off and barely able to survive. Just the entire concept of a beautiful afterlife where I will feel no pain or sorrow is hard to believe, because the only place I truly have solace is in sleep. Eternal sleep (a true death) seems so much nicer than being forced to wake up again after suffering for so long.
I think there is a difference between be religious and being spiritual. Religion does mean you have to conform to a set of certain rules or guidelines, or at least you are supposed to follow them. I was baptized roman catholic but haven't actively practiced in years.I like many aspects of all different religions. So I consider my self a spiritual person, as I do believe in some sort of higher power or reason for it all. I do pray. I do have some catholic ideals embedded in me. But, I don't believe a God would be spiteful and cast you away because of your sexual preference, color, or because you didn't say ten Hail Mary's as penance for having impure thoughts. Sorry if I repeated anything, didn't read all the comments, just throwing my thoughts in here
