Here's the thing: if it was just a neat feature to boost stats, then I wouldn't hate it so much. But since it boosts it so high, in order to be competitive you pretty much HAVE to be in a relationship. To make it worse, you make us pay 79 ec, more than the price of a cat, each and every time we enter a new relationship, meaning that in order to be competitive, you have to PAY. It's clear to me that the reason you aren't listening to our complaints, silencing us, and allowing dedicated players to leave, is because this feature is designed solely to make you more money, and not to enhance the game experience in the slightest. The pvp players are some of the oldest and most dedicated pimd players. They literally have been begging for you to even the playing field for them ever since cat cafe, yet you continue to take from them and ruin their game experience. I am not one of them, prefering parties myself, but even I know that if they leave, one of the oldest parts of pimd will die, and I would not be surprised if the rest of it follows.
You know people, it makes sense, the feature. Last I checked this game is called party in my dorm. It fits completely. If you don't want rp and creeps, but you DO want PVP and trash talking, play KaW. Simples. This feature fits this game. You can't really complain.
You dont need any of those stat boosters for parties. The feature makes absolutely no sense using your points of arguement. But then again, the feature isnt for the players... its for the payers.
The feature fits the gameplay. And of course it does. This IS a pay to play game, it's what ATA does. How is it bad? It's free for us to play, so anyone can play play and enjoy. If you want to be the best, you pay. You don't have to. The entire point of creating this app was to make money. Same as with most any game. There are a few decent free apps, but chances are an app with this type of player base and potential will cost you. It's the same as all those other Internet phone games, like imobsters and Workd War (older games) or imob and imob 2. The reason for this apps existence is money. People complain. It really makes no sense.
Seriously, this is only happening because the former mods brought it up. If they didnt, this post would never have hapened
ATA Dev Why don't you use your new forum voting to find out what people really think about the rrelationship feature. Make it something like this: ?keep relationships feature as is ?keep relationships feature but rename to something like best friends and take sleazyness out of it ?remove relationships feature
Why does the name matter? ? I'm in a relationship IRL and I just ended up putting a new account with this one. I don't play the game, but that's not to say doing what I did won't benefit others who do.
The game has changed a lot since I started over 3 years ago and as it's changed we have too. Now there's a relationship feature that gives you a stat bonus. Big deal. Let's learn how to utilize it. There wasn't parties either is that a problem too? How did we make money b4? Farming inactives and trading tuts. The game evolved can't we evolve as well. People don't like the "button" don't use it. I just don't think throwing a fit on campus is how to handle it. Now talking about fairness, I've bc'd this account again and have 450 tut slots now is that fair? What if I get 450 bc tuts you think anybody will be able to hit me in a relationship or not? I know for a fact that there are accounts with 5,6,7, over 900 tut slots (b4 ATA capped it at 500) is that fair? It's part of the game now and I doubt ATA will change it. Nobody wars anymore and when we did how many times did 1 side cheat and it turn into a full merc war. My point is people are gonna use it for the bonus. Props to everybody that won't use it and holding on to your principles but I'm going with the flow and using the bonus. Most everybody on this thread is in a relationship lol Support ️

Thanks for taking the virtual riots in stride ATA lol The definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over expecting a new result. The fact that ATA is continuously trying new things to bring enjoyment to the general population shows they're of sound mind keep up the efforts ATA some of us appreciate the variety
