Hello, I emailed the support services (ATA) and they recommended me to create a ticket in game. I want to recover my old account (wicked_emperor) which was connected to my dump email from before. I can provide further details such as Tadhana University conversations (Wicked clan) from discord which I'm still a part of. They can also vouch for me that it's my original account. I don't have access to my old account, and sadly, it's still connected through ATA account with my dump email. How can I proceed in recovering my old account? You need to send a help ticket, not make a forum post. From your in-game home screen, press the cog⚙️ icon in the upper left, then "Help." Open a new chat and explain the situation. Then the game developers will reply. They'll most likely ask you about any recent purchases made on the old account, so make sure you have those handy if applicable. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for a response in tickets so have patience.
