Firstly, it's an open market, if there wasn't why is there a hire button to press? Secondly, there is no such thing as a "up" or "op" tutor. A tutors value will vary depending on the pupil. People consider 5kcs at 350m market price, but to another who is friends with that player, likes the name, club mate, likes the avatar, and so on, will consider that tut worth maybe 5b There is a hire button for a reason, just like a battle button, you may hire a tut, but they can use the battle button. And as raven said, I doubt they would say anything or hit if the person hiring was another lcbc or VIP player.
