Quick Muscle Pull treatments.

    My fault for oerstretching.

    For Pe lesson I really pushed myself.
    ;) im the chairman, can't lose face now lol.

    After school I played a little soccer before attending My uniform group.

    Then soccer again. It was then I realized I couldn't perform.

    After my UG, I went on to play soccer for another 30mins. First free kick at goal and I got a muscle pull.

    2. The Cream that you have.
    3. Icy hot Patches
    4.Gentle Massage of the area.

  13. Then use normal Ice in a plastic bag.

  15. Ice is a good option.

    It doesn't have to swell Isaac, it just helps to relieve the pain.
     
  16. Icy hot patches or any warm patches. Heat therapy is good for muscle pulls.
