I say make the kitchen bigger, with a eat in kitchen, knock down the bedrooms dividing wall for a wall in closet and bathroom < best things ever to have. Also black counter tops, with dark cherry is in so I'd go with that. ️Also totally do ceramic, with your puppy's wood would get to scratched up.
