That's next on my list actually. Just had to get the Hunt started up. Plan is to get a discussion thread going, kick off a basic test war tomorrow with the new reward system to make sure everything is all good, and then go from there on testing out a few changes. I actually want to get feedback from you guys on what you think would be fun for mix ups in Beta Wars. First test I want to do is solve the inactives thing. Should be able to do that by rewarding stuff based on your contribution instead of just win or lose. Should be getting a discussion thread on this later today or early tomorrow.
Thanks pimd for replying. Testing new beta wars would be nice, but we our current system wars, what bother us is wait HOURS until we can war and people doesn't want to wait. If you could do like parties and make us wait 15 minutes until wars starts instead of 6 hours, that would be appreciates. Add new wars -2hours -6hours -12hours -24hours -48hours All these wars have a 15 minutes break till it starts. Not hours please.

I want to look into getting shorter system wars. (I actually have the thread with suggestions about that bookmarked). One reason there's a delay is the system has to make sure everything is all good before kicking it off, so we may be limited that way. I agree that non-24 hour wars would be a nice change up though, and make them a lot more viable as an option.
Yes it would Pimd. Because again 12 hours is long too. Having short wars would be fun and people that doesn't often war could take a break from parties and have a quick 2 hours war instead of a 12 hours war.
