^ there is an incentive for successes om people who can report to OP with successes. No permission is needed, and nobody is saying they need permission to hit ppl.
Idk what youre going on about. All im doing is promoting a lil pvp like hey heres an aspect that all you noobs can try granted they can do ot themselves but whats their incentive? getting unloads back? stripped? thats pretty discouraging.
