  1. Below 85? 80 is still... Okay.

  2. agreed on that statement, I personally have a 3.6 gpa

  3. Watz crakin my felow amerukans¿

  4. Low B's are not okay when you are trying to transfer credits to a university. High B's are cause for anxiety as well. But this isn't so much about me as it is the US education system.

  5. Yes, by college standards, an average minimum requirment for a university admission is 2.85.

  6. My gpa was like 3.816 or sum shit cuz I got one B. All others were A's.

I was ranked 37 out of 445 in my high school whoop!

But that was 3 years ago and I dont remember shit

  7. An (A) in the US is equivalent to a (C) in other countries. If we were all doctors and engineers, who would work fast food, customer service, or cash register? We're too overpopulated and don't have enough good jobs (thanks NAFTA). Government purposely dumbs people down for wealth and power. Democrats hand out cash for votes but they are both equally as corrupt.

Anyways, a high school diploma is NOT an accomplishment in the US.

  8. Sure, it's passing. That barely means shit — just that you can move on. If you just pass all your classes you probably won't go anywhere in life. To me, 87 and higher is acceptable.

  9. Angelthats a harsh matter of personal opinion

  10. The second part might be. I'm an A student, so even B pluses aren't the greatest. But the fact of the matter is that simply passing usually isn't good enough. You (in most cases) need way above passing to be able to get into a good college and get a good job.

  11. really that doesn't mean anything. Not everyone can be straight A students. Some people don't even go to school. Ik people who have never learned to write or read so I'm just saying.

  12. And she could have meant that she doesn't have an F. A 60% is passing on a test or on a grade anything below is Failing hint the F.

  13. You all can say stuff about me and say I'm dumb if you want I honestly couldn't care less about how you all think you're soo smart cuz remember there is always someone better than you.

  14. Also you can't judge a whole country just by a few people. Cuz there surly has been tons of smarter ppl in the country than you guys. I'm not smart ik it and I honestly don't care

  15. Who is this directed at?

  16. You can't base all of Americas education based on one person who probably isn't good a math I'm assuming. Personally I live in a very densely populated city with tons of minorities, of which I am one, and the high school I attended had a very strict and hardcore learning curriculum and even with low funding was one of the top ten in the state even though it'd only been open for about 4 years. Based on this I'd say America isn't entirely retarted.

  17. Proof of educational issues in the US: OP

  18. I'm not from the US but I'll add my opinion on the matter of education. I'm 25 now and working. What I have realised is that higher education, in the English case that means college and university, are not always the route to success. A lot of my friends went to university, all of whom acquired degrees at various levels, but only 1 of them has found a job in the field they studied in. Plenty of people find work after school having only a basic education and become a lot more knowledgeable about real life situations and the working environment and they now find themselves in high positions within the respective companies. Your education system might not be great but real learning starts at work, you learn the real important things through experience.

  19. School is overrated y'all.

  20. Lmao you need to provide more solid evidence. My sister goes to a school in California with their state A.P.I of 908/1000. That aint bad, it depends on their state and district. You can't just be stereotypical on a dumb kid you talked to and believe that all Americans have bad education. It's plain stupid.
