Not ask here. Only a dev can help you; try sending in a help ticket, but I don't think they can help too much if you didn't connect it to anything.
Send help ticket explain what happened. They will ask questions for you to prove its your acc. Then they will link it for you. You need either a 2nd email or 1 acc linked to Facebook
