It actually really is and I feel like there was no actual research behind some of this or a lack of or as if they just took a definition off some site. I appreciate the effort people but if you're not going to do it right, then don't do it at all. And to others; can you not just believe everything you sew when people claim " this is what it is"? It's best to keep and open mind about this
