Keep pressing random shit to get thru the bot prompts and thrn say no it didnt help. Then you can text exactly what you need to and talk to one of the support team of real people. Only they can cancel the request. No one here can help with it

I need urgent assistance. A

As my main has been hacked by someone and I am unable to login . I tried every option but my guess the hacker has changed the account email and making it impossible to login.

Meanwhile the hacker is selling all my bentos, my Funimation box and my stats items. Is their anyways to stop him while I can recover my item. He could be causing cyber crime under my name and it's a massive concern.

It's an 11 year account so it's has alot of memories attached to it and would like to revive it beside the loss.
