They are the little "dolls" you get from the spinner or from trading your items/furniture with another player There are different chibis... 40 together (10 of each sort f.e. Tempura Chibis) combine into a Bento^^

Can't be bought, only earnt by openin the special pet timer boxes. They should be in the timer box interface in a secondary tab.
