U cant. But if u see a thread thats purple with white speach bubbles it means u havnt read it yet. Purple with dark purple speach bubble means its a topic u have been talking in. Gray is one u have looked at but nothing else has hapend with it

You get them by proving yourself worthy to a.t.a devs in whatever way they choose.

There isn't any reliable method, but they often use pimdcrates as rewards for forum competitions

Why can't we trade whatever we want outside of cash and EC? Like why can't I trade avatars or DNS or even lite boxes if I was crazy enough to do so?

 

Ex: trade avatars is unfair to the people who spend two weeks working hard to gain that avi - here you come getting it traded to you for nothing in comparison
