DVP means drop volley profit. Basically, you and whoever is giving you free cash hire tutors over and over, then they keep them or drop them. This basically transfers money to you at a much highers cost to the person who is dropping or keeping the tutors. Could go from zero to billions in a day like this if somebody wanted to give you money.

You already have enough to volley with somebody, but you'd have to find somebody willing to give you their money... Which is very unlikely. Think of it more like a payment. If you can give a rich player an item or something they want in exchange for a dvp then maybe. Even that is unlikely.
