Go to settings (top left corner of your screen. At the very bottom) and check and make sure you have the video enabled. Like this

Try restarting your app. Sometimes the game lags when you open crates and such. If it doesn't work after restarting, try emailing support@athinkingape and explaining.

You get one free ask out if you haven't used it (from what I still remember) but otherwise they wouldn't make money from people wanting to be in stat RS's and such. :3 sometimes things happen with your RS and sadly you gotta pay for another one..
