  7. People can "dvp" each other money, or drop volley partners. Basically, one person buys cheap tutors and the other person goes back and forth with "Person A" to volley the tutor. It makes a profit for both parties, but Person B, if receiving the money, would volley until they achieve, for example 20b. Person A would then keep the tuts and either get stripped of them (have someone else, Person C, buy those overpriced tutors), or drop them for about a 55% return on money invested into that tutor.
