    • a description of the issue


    They may not unsilence you, but you can email and find out when you will/can get unsilenced.

  19. Hershey, did you link it to Facebook or ATA account? If not you give to email support@athinkingape.com with as much information on that account as possible (username, date of creation, etc.). If you did have it linked to ATA or Facebook, reset your account and sign in to the other account. If you forgot your password, you can email support and they will help you.
