It's the same as a photo. Download photo bucket and upload a gif file (moving picture) to photobucket from your camera roll. After that, select the picture in photobucket and click on the small "i". A few white text boxes should pop up. Click on the one next to "IMG" and then copy it to the forum page.
You can appeal your silence by e-mailing support@athinkingape.com with your username, game you play (PIMD), reason for your silence and why you believe it was unjust and should be revoked. They may or may not lift your silenced based on the facts.
If they unsilence you after your appeal, I think they would respond to your e-mail and let you knpw about their decision and when you can expect to be unsilenced. If it's a 24 hour silence it will just be lifted 24 hours after you were silenced (per the silence pm). Catsuits are part of thr new scavenger hunt.
