I believe you start getting the 5 speakers a day after unlocking a certain number of dorms. To have a successful club you need to recruit active members who participate in cc, parties, wars, etc.-and who want to learn the game and grow. How strong a club is in terms of ranking is based on the combined strength (stats) of all its members, so the quicker the members grow (upgrade) the faster you'll have a stronger club.
