How do you know when a tutor is good to hire?

 

You can't tell

I just go to buy tutors and look through 3-4 pages and buy the best stats.

 

What do you really look at though? Like how many fights they've won and that?

The stats are the tutor bonus.

Im new, so I will post a few questions as I think of them.

1) What is a volley or volleying?

2) What is upgrading?

Volleying: the act if hiring any 'one' person repeatedly buy two or more players

Upgrading: buying crew members increases your stats this is upgrading.

Buy dorms and fill them with crew members

There are 4 sets of crew members ranging in price; the higher the price the bigger the stat total

Lowest to highest;

T1 = 1,000
T2 = 225,000
T3 = 16,000,000
T4 = 600,000,000
