Probably because the jobs are "Difficult," "Very Difficult," or "Extremely Difficult." These are harder to complete because your stats aren't equivalent to the stats necessary to make the jobs "Normal," or "Easy." Upgrade, and then continue doing the jobs. Or do previously completed jobs.
After spending money on extra creds, it should now be reading that I have 404 instead of 204. The money transfered from my visa card so why have my credits not been added?

Doctors note is a perminant item received through jobs very rarely and given by the developers for playing the game. They regenerate your health to full so they should be used sparingly. They also change the time you regenerate.
When you post in tutor chat, all your tutors and your pupil can see what you've posted. Speakers are used to post on world campus chat, and on world campus chat announcement.
Doctor notes are used to restore your energy to full, you can use one doctor note for one full regain. You can use them by ether clicking on the ATM and then the nurse, or clicking on the store and then the nurse, once on the nurse page, it will give you an option to restore your energy for a cost of ether 10 extra credits or one doctor note. You can get doctor notes and credits from jobs but are rare. Sometimes Pimd will also hand out some doctor notes, but this is also rare, and last but least, you can buy doctor notes with real life money from the nurse.
