Shaula: 1) it's a second party app; palringo, you can only advertise the "Pimd mods contact" group, advertising any other group or asking sharing your own pal contact details it's against ToU. 2)there is no way to get married nor view it in this app. 3)they are Halloween event items, this event is now over, you could get them at random by completing parties. 4) parties, farming, jobs, selling tutors, volleying and buy extra credits from the nurse to exchange for money in game is only way to make money. 5) by being active and farming, if you get lucky players will do drop volleys with you which will help quickly make some money.
