Political

  1. I, myself, am American and I do not understand the complete hatred of communism and socialism. That being said, I do not know much about it except what most of my family speak of. My dad is Cuban and his side have a mix of how they feel about communism and they seem pretty biased so I am not sure where to fall on that.

But I don’t really care enough to do more digging ( which is sad) ....
I completely lost my thought but I am still going to post bc words

  2. We've been brain washed for almost 75 years now. We technically haven't owned are own money for 100 years because Morgan and Rockefeller talked Woodrow Wilson into letting them start the federal reserve. So all off our money isn't real, but it's iou notes technically, which the country pays interest into every year.

I'm very close to hailey's perspective, probably more radical. More of the actual meaning of liberal than they way is actually run here. Banning things has never worked, we forgot how well prohibition failed. Marijuana was made illegal so that lumber sales would stay high. We had a president that wanted to get rid of the federal reserve and he got murdered, his brother too. Our government put miles per gallon requirements in cars, now most don't come with a spare tire, and they had to do other cheap replacement parts. My state made back up cameras mandatory with new vehicles, so Yay, we are required to pay extra for them. They force air conditioning to have higher efficiency as well, and everything is getting cheaper and cheaper in terms of quality because of this. I'm gonna stay out of the war talks on this though.

  4. In regards to politics, I try not to look at parties but, rather, specific stances on the policies that matter most to me. Sometimes, certain perspectives fall in line with certain parties but that is not always true.

I often view politics the way I view everything else in life, though- extremists are garbage and cause most of the divisiveness between people.

  5. I agree about extremists. The reason I focus on parties is because I personally think all the parties are friends behind closed doors. They encourage extremism in the average citizens and the gov't is doing it on purpose to keep the masses pitted against each other and divided. Ik i sound crazy and conspiratory to a lot of ppl but it makes sense to me

  6. I think longer than 75 years tbh

  7. Way longer but I don’t remember the exact number

  8. I don't think it's sad that you don’t care about politics. That whole every vote counts stuff is complete bs. Democracy is just an illusion to make the average person think they matter imo

  9. like. When humans began being.

  10. Haha I meant more of the media propaganda, but yes, I'll agree

  11. All you selfish humans only think about yourself!? Atoms are the first to suffer
    #AtomLivesMatter

  12. Actually, I think you are right on the money there. I don't think it is very far-fetched.

  14. I hate the idea of people worrying about human rights and social justice instead of our environment and all the things that hurts our planet. We don’t have much time on our planet, seeing that it’s going downhill so quickly. How much of a shíthole does our planet need to be in order for people to turn away from social justice and prioritize our home? If you fight for social justice now and our planet later... what would it be for, considering that there would be no survivors? I don’t know if it’s political, but I sorta count it as a political topic.

  15. In all honesty, I really don't care about politics. *Big shrug*

  16. I mean. I am a huge environmentalist but protecting abuse survivors/ending sēx trafficking/helping ppl in dire poverty > the environment everyday tbh. Human rights are important

  17. Whatever's in the middle I guess

  18. I can see where you’re coming from with that, but I just wouldn’t see a point in it if we or the future generations wouldn’t be able to live in the future we are working for.

  19. ^ you don’t see the point in saving people who are currently suffering and in dangerous situations?
