When I try to download KOH on my iPad it says "this app is not compatible with this iPad"

I got all the rewards on KoH ex ept the legendary dragon. Where do I find that?

 

Open it in a chest box?it should be in the store section

 

There was 2 boxes that I opened for 0 gems, the Android box and the 25k box, I got everything on the list except the legendary dragon

 

You might get it after you make your account? Or try restarting the app?

Ya I know it's Thursday but I'm not asking about the rewards on PIMD that you don't get till tomorrow I'm talking about the legendary dragon that it says you get on KoH and you have to collect before Friday at 12 noon

 

Don't worry about if I'm already having issues with it I'm just gonna uninstall it 
