    Even as a joke, rpers tend to use the cheaper avatars because they don't invest in the game as much. A lot of them turn to club girl or cheer girl and the guys love using the hoodie guy and jock. ?

    Last time I checked, that means that someone is under 18, not under 13.

    And anyways, regardless of someone's age, you shouldn't judge them based on a few members of their age group.
