Ok. The name brings in a lot of sexters but not only sexters. I was a high school senior in my last two months of school when I downloaded the app. I saw this game and thought it would be neat to play a college game and thought that maybe it would show me characteristics of college before I started college.
I do not code so I perhaps would not know how long it takes to code each time. You may be right. Just using my imagination though, implementing something like a feature where a moderator can delete a topic or silence a poster from forums does not appear that it would take too much work at least in comparison to other things that could be coded.
People download apps for different reasons I have no better explanation as to why pimd campus is flooded with sexting other than the name of the app.
Mods can't forum ban because the game is connected to the forums, and a lot of other things make it so that it wouldn't work, codically speaking.
Why not? I have forum banned people before (ip ban) on a forums that I ran a few years ago. It was done through a computer. The moderators can log on to a computer and lock topics but they can't do that from their phone. ATA gives them an account that they can use on their computers to moderate.
I also think that not having avatars would lessen sexters but I think that 95% of the people would oppose that idea for obvious reasons
I heard once before that the forums are a totally separate entity from the game. Maybe the developers can't change the forums because they didn't make or own them.
We can delete topics Mature. We lock them so the person may be banned and support have the evidence. Then we delete them after. Like earlier when I locked them all from their spammer and now they're gone. It's rose by the way.
I agree with these things because the annoying spammers would be slowed down by these restrictions. The community needs all the help it can get. The campus problem can't be fixed but the forums can be improved.
Eh I guess I'll take that response. For sure it is frustrating when people spam and maybe in the future they can improve things to handle the situation better each time when it arises. I don't know anything about coding and actually don't like computers at all so I can't guess how hard these things are.
