I agree w/ Ant. If that had been a feature when I started I would have deleted before I started. My growth was done thru farming, parties, and jobs (altho not much from jobs). Never needed a "relationship" to grow. I have an amazing pup who never gave me dvs but was there to answer any and all questions I had, and yes still have. I am married irl and while my husband also plays, I dont want my future growth based even in part to if I am in a "pimd relationship". The biggest issue I am having is that when pimd first brought out this idea, and asked the community, it was an overwhelming response as a negative. And now they come out and basically say" haha suckers, you dont matter." They have clearly put out this time that while they ask for our opinions and feedback we matter less that the gum someone would scrape off the bottom of their shoe. No I dont care we dont have the details. Because was when they first asked and still is a moronic idea. I want to see ios users get what they have been asking for, for the nearly 2 yrs I have been on pimd. I want to see the tc notifications that ppl have been asking for. I want to see all the bugs fixed and some of the amazing player ideas that have been brought to forums. I want to see the pvp ppl get acknowledged w/ something as simple as an item to make pvp pay like parties. But a relationship button that a large portion of the community hates even the idea is Not what I want to see. Why bother asking for our feedback and opinions wheb clearly you dont give a damn about the community? We are already over run w/ pervs and stupidity! Why cant ata focus on cleaning up the mess they already allowed to disrupt wc? Or get more mods, because we dont have enough to keep the underage off wc, and we dont have enough to monitor forums. But no ata wants to encourage pervs and stupidity, by being a stupid perv.
This is how I see it. If you're gonna piss and moan about these new features then reset, delink and delete the app. (Which we all know no one will and they will continue to play and piss and moan about the next thing ata does.) This honestly doesn't come as a surprise to me and bitching about it is gonna do anything (as proven in the past) just suck it up and deal with it.
I agree with Wallace, does it affect ur real life? I think not it's part of the game for a reason. Not EVRYTHING has to benefit only one group
Is Tht relationship button ruining it chances at a real bf or gf. Not really. If u don't like it then leave. Its their game. They could just ban EVRYONE in an instance
It's naive to expect people to just quit a game they've spent time and money on rather than try to speak up.
I consider deleting this app all the time, and I usually do. Boredom is the only thing keeping me here. The fact is ATA has sold it's soul.
I like Wolf's idea of calling it something other than relationship. Maybe roommate or something along that line.
No matter how awesome the benefits may be that come with the relationship button, i dont want it in pimd. All you people who are saying to give pimd a chance are not looking at the big picture here. They had their chance to please many players by improving a few already established features. They chose to develope an idea that was not recieved by the community very well. I dont feel that a relationship button will improve my gaming experience. I dont want to fake date any of you. To those who want us protesters to stop whining, and that we need to learn that pimd doesnt listen: I know they dont listen, but i must protest. I like this game. I dont want to see relationship rp injected into it. For those who say to quit the game if you dont like it: wheres the sense in that? why would we stand by and not voice our opinions? We want change, but not in this direction. theres a time to stand up for what you believe or want, and i chose to stand against this new idea. Its just a game, you say. Then how about you let us tell the developers whats on our minds and share it with the rest of the community. You dont want to read our rants? Then reset, delete he app... its just a game, afterall
You guys should be greatful they are listening AND responding to you guys. I don't know any other company that does that openly in forums. Complain all you want, but I see that they are trying. They have my trust. And money
in my opinion it's not that serious ata has tried to please most of y'all and i say y'all because i could care less about any features they add or don't but you do realize whether they asked you guys opinion on the new feature they still see otherwise example some of y'all have relationship on here even added ur significant other name to yours and have wedding wars
People have suggested a similar type of feature...except it was study buddy or I think roommate/dormmate was mentioned...how bout you do what kaw does and give us a club bonus or hell make it even more interesting and call it a fraternity bonus for sharing between a close circle of friends

My biggest issue is that there are many things that can be worked on... but they chose relationships? It doesnt matter to me what the button does. As long as it says "relationship" i wont be happy with it. maybe if they called it something different my opinion would be different.
