You're doing it wrong. Being sad and defensive is no way to live. 1. Go buy some color 2. Go ENJOY something 3. Have some FUN 4. Go buy some color
If you don't want pity why do you make your "problems" so obvious? If you really didn't want pity you'd live normally so people don't see anything wrong.
Ya... People who think they're cool by wearing all black and cutting themselves are actually getting spat on by society, hate to say it
Look we cant really live that way... Its not that easy to get over it and be happy all of a sudden...and maybe we dont want to maybe being this way is the only way to get over our problems...we cant help it that our lives arent so great
You confront your problems and make them better. Who on earth finds peace in black and despair? You are looking for attention then you get pissed when you get called out on it.
As I say: don't look back, don't look forward, look towards the present, and GET THE FUCK OVER STUFF!! you can't change anything, get over it
And saying you can't put on a happy face and something other than black is absurd. Everyone else shares just as many problems and we can do it. Why not you? *cough*attention whore*cough*
Being sad won't only affect yourself, it can make others around you sad, so get over it and be happy, life is to be lived, not to be cut with someone's dark side
I have depression and I'm 16. But I try to not think about it and put it behind me. What emos do are either: a) show that they have depression Or b) think they're "hip" for dressing like that
I was depressed when I moved a year ago. Wanna know what I did? I moved on. Put on a happy mask and eventually it won't come off.
I'm bipolar, anorexic, and cut myself. But I wear clothes that are actually in style and have colour. You'd never be able to tell that I'm mentally unstable
Micky, at least you've taken a step in the right direction. Just quit the rest. It is serving no purpose for you.
Find stuff that takes your mind off it. Either forget it and move on or do something either school related or something that requires your full attention. I play an instrument at school and that's what helped me get through
