I ran aloy yesterday lol

 

I'm running again today at 4:30

 

It's snowing and school got out early so I'm not gonna run. Yesterday we ran 2 miles, 20 stairs, 5 suicides, and worked on base stealing

I wish practice for my football team was that easy 
