  1. But how can he be saying a man is the victim of sexual abuse when he mentioned the victim getting pregnant? 

  2. Abuse, physical or mental is NOT right. It's not ok no matter who the victim is, I don't think race or gender or anything else should be playing that big of a factor here.... The point should be that anyone who can be proven to of hurt someone in such a way should be held accountable for their actions and punished accordingly... The cultural differences around the world are gapping and these people need to be educated on this issue... And their governments have to create and enforce laws instead of having a corrupt system that allows these kinds of crimes to fall through the cracks.

  3. If she's a number on the clock she's ready for....

  4. Exactly... :|

  5. Oh he's saying a woman can rape a man and get herself pregnant and force the guy to pay for the kid because of the circumstances. It just wasn't clear to me earlier. 

  6. Actually they are putting spin on something else.

If a male minor (14) has intercourse with an of age woman (20), and she gets pregnant and keeps the baby then he would be required to pay child support - even though I'm the eyes on the law he was the victim in a "statutory" sense due to his age.

The example is easily findable on Google.

But it just shows that the original website were discussing is publishing mindless propaganda

  7. Lets all just blame the website for not knowing how to word a sentence correctly

  8. There's been a lot of misunderstandings.  thanks for clearing it up. I'll bow out now. 

  9. I love how everyone keeps walking past the fact... and tries to make it seem like only females can be the victim of sexual assault and rape and molestation

  10. So here is my question. A young say post puberty boy gets made to have forced intercourse with a member of the opposite gender who is older than the age of 18 and she gets pregnant should that male child, upon reaching the age of 18 or getting his first job be made to pay child support?

  11. It's because social norms dictate that men are suppose to enjoy and crave sex. They think, "oh, he had to have liked it, and anyways, how could he be raped? He had to have an erection! He probably wanted it anyways." The sad truth is, men are raped by both men and women.

Anywho, not sure if your comment was meant to passive agressively (don't think that's a word) target someone. But I think people were debating above just because of a misunderstanding.

  12. If he was forced, no. If he raped her, then yes.

  13. Should they - no.
Do it ever happen - unlikely, provided the courts believe that it was non-consensual

  14. If you say, "No because that's not the same thing, he was raped."

I pose the question what's the difference between that and the two adults in the same situation?

Now I'm sure someone will try to justify why men can't be sexually assaulted and forced into intercourse, and boys can. and I pose this one question to you as a person.

At what age do men graduate from being able to be a rape victim?

  15. Never. Well, that's how it should be, but others probably think differently.

  16. Ok...if he was forced and he didnt like it...why did he bust his seed. :|

  17. Do you have evidence that adult males, who were genuinely sexually assaulted - but we're also able to impregnate their attacker - have been forced to pay child support?

  18.

  19. Do you in turn have proof that it has never once occured?

  20. Well, I'm not sure if you're thinking of a particular case. But there are medications to give you an erection at least. Also, rape is defined as penetration of any sort, either a body part or an object. A woman could shove an object into his anus and it would still constitute rape.
