Oh wow really? I thought that was the most common one! My uncle has it, and can't have a driver's license because he can't distinguish the colours. But he doesn't get green and blue confused for each other, he just sees them differently, as to what they should be. Now I'm curious what kind he has and if that's it. I seriously thought that was common.
Deuteranopia is a green deficiency and affects 5% of all males Protanopia is similar but is a red deficiency an only affects 2.5% of all males Tritanopia is a blue deficiency and only affects 0.5% of all males. I can post picks if you would like to see the differences.
I’ve never seen people really talk about Tritanopia! I have that variation of colorblindness as well. I never noticed it till about high school though when I actually took a colorblindness test.
I really only know about it because I made a whole art concentration following the different types of colorblindness. You might like my Tritanopia pieces!
Can you tell what kind of color blindness i have? Cause i’ve been experiencing this a lot and i don’t think it’s normal ?
