I'm gonna update tonight. Sorry it took so long. I've been really tired lately and I've had a lot of homework.
It had been two weeks since I had seen Ale in the hallways, but I wasn't thinking about that right now. I was thinking about what I should wear to Harrison's party. Harrison was really popular at our school, and going to his house was a big deal for everyone. Well, except for me. Our parents are really good friends, so I go to his house all the time. I liked going to Harrison's house though. He's like the big brother I never had. Him and Matt. Harrison said to be casual, so I decided to wear a black shirt that had what I call wing-sleeves. I also wore black skinny jeans, and my black Vans. I made my hair look really pretty and wavy, then I stepped in front of the mirror. I suddenly wished I hadn't. I looked beautiful, but all the scars on my arm were visible and really ugly. Then I heard a car horn. I ran to the window and looked out. I saw Jack sitting in his car looking as amazing as ever. His blonde hair was swept to the side, and his light blue eyes looked amazing today. I ran downstairs happy that the doctor said I could finally run again as long as I was careful. I burst out of the doorway, and ran to Jack. He grabbed me and hugged me. "You look really beautiful", he said while he looked at me, but then I saw his eyes stop to look at my scars "Thanks", I said, a little depressed "What's wrong Grace?", he asked, and I saw a worried look in his eyes "Nothing...", I replied, but I could tell he wasn't convinced "I just wish my scars would go away", I said and I looked down at my feet. He laughed. "Why do you care about your scars? I think your still the most beautiful girl on Earth", he said making me blush a bright red. "Thank you", I said and I kissed him "I think you are the most handsome guy in the world." Then he pulled me in and kissed me and we stood there in front of his car kissing, not caring who saw. Then he pulled back and said that we should go to the party now. I agreed, so we left. ____________ ~~~~~~~ ____________ I hope you like the update and I will write more in a minute!
Actually, I'm gonna write more tomorrow cuz I have a really really bad headache right now, sorry. And by the way, the next update will be way more exciting

We finally got to the party, and when I got out of the car I saw that a lot of people were already here. I stared at Harrison's house. I know I had been there so many times before, but I still couldn't believe how big it was! It was a three story house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and about 7 rooms for whatever they wanted. In the backyard there was a huge pool, a tennis court, and a huge lawn. I walked up to the door with Jack and before I could open it he jumped in front of me to open it for me. I smiled and said thank you. The inside of the house was filled with people. I saw Harrison, so Jack and I walked over to him. "Hey!", I shouted so he could hear me over the music "Hi!", he shouted back "I'm so glad you could come!" Jack laughed. "Why wouldn't we come?", he asked "Good point!", Harrison laughed "Well, I'm gonna go find Brandy, Callie, and Kaylee!", I said. I hadn't talked to them in a few days, so I couldn't wait to see them. I walked away and out to the backyard. I looked around the lawn until I saw them. Brandy was wearing a dark purple dress, with matching shoes and her blonde hair was in a beautiful, neat bun, and her brown eyes were outlined with light makeup. Callie was also dressed nicely, and I guessed that she was planing on getting a boyfriend tonight. She was wearing a green dress that matched her eyes perfectly and ended at her knees, and her long blonde hair looked perfectly brushed. Kaylee was the only one dressed casually. She was wearing a light blue over-the-shoulder shirt with short shorts, and converse. They finally saw me and came running at me. I was suddenly surrounded by them, they kept asking me questions like: Did you and Jack kiss yet? Did you and Jack do more than kiss yet? Does Jack have a six pack? Do you think Jack loves you? I just said,"Yes. No! I don't know. And I hope so." I blushed at the last one. Then after about an hour of sitting outside and talking we decided to go inside and dance. As soon as we got inside I lost sight of them. So, I just started looking for Jack. Then i saw something that nearly made me burst into tears. I saw Ale grinding on Jack. Then, he saw me and mouthed "help!" I sighed in relief, but then a surge of anger rushed through me as she turned around and kissed him. Then, I walked up to her and pulled her away from Jack, who was in complete shock. She just smiled at me. That made me even more mad, so suddenly, without thinking, I punched her nose as hard as I could. I heard a crack and I saw blood start to flow out of it so I guessed that I had broken it. Then she got ready to punch me, but Jack stepped in front of me, so she hesitated, but then she punched him and shouted,"I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME! You lying bastard!!!!" then she looked at me and said,"This isnt over bitch!!" then she punched Jack in the face, her big ring cutting him, and ran away holding her bloody nose. Jack grabbed his cheek and I led him to his car. Once we got outside and I wiped the blood off his face I saw the scratch. It was big, but it wasn't deep so it wouldn't scar. I could tell that he was in more pain than he was showing. "I'm so sorry", I said, trying not to cry. I knew it was my fault that he got hurt. He looked and me and laughed quietly,"Why are you sorry?" "Because it's my fault that you got hurt!", I said as a tear rolled down my cheek He brushed away my tear and said,"Well, if I hadn't stepped in front of you, Ale would've punched you, probably harder than she punched me." "So?", I said "I would rather be hurt instead of you." "Don't you remember what I said the day we took the hike?", he asked me. I shivered remembering that day. The day I fell. "No", I admitted "I promised that I would never let you get hurt", he said looking deep into my eyes "But...", I tried to say, but he interrupted me "No buts", he said "I promised to protect you, so I will protect you!" I sighed. "Do you want to leave?", I asked "No. Not yet. Ale left, and I'm not bleeding anymore, so lets go have fun!" he said, and I laughed and ran inside with him. We danced the rest of the night, but I couldn't stop thinking about when Ale had said that it wasn't over. Jack could tell that I was worried about her. "Don't worry", he said so only I could hear "I promised to protect you. I will always protect you Grace. I love you." I was taken by surprise at his sudden confession. "I...I love you too", I said happier than I had been in a really long time.
