  5. No Avis from side stories. Some side stories will reward boxes though. Also remember that these boxes aren't the same as other ones you've opened. You might find yourself getting luckier than usual.

  11. There's 34 different possible items you can get... Top 10 get 20. Does that mean if you're not top 10 you can only get a Max of 14 items if you don't spend 50ec a day?
