Well like OP said there was a rumor that he did it so the class kinda already knew

And idk about Canada or other countries but not many American public schools have cameras inside the actual classrooms, only the hallways and stuff

 

if the whole class knew i feel like it would be reported, it just does not make sense that it wouldn't. As for the cameras thing, really? That is odd af. I don’t understand why there wouldn't be cameras
