When I woke up, I felt a rush of irritation spread over me. Adam was still next to me. I pulled away from him but his hand suddenly grabbed me. "Hey!" I shouted. I tried to wiggle myself free, but his grip was too tight. "Let go you idiot!" "No..." My eyes widened. "Damn asshole. Leave me alone! Don't you understand how pissed I am?! Do you know how worried I was?!" "I could see how jealous you were." I was unable to say anything. Jealous? Yeah right... I was angry... not jealous. There's a difference... "I'm right, aren't I?" he asked. I blushed. "No... I..." "What? Idiot... I can tell when someone is jealous. You were... Jea..." "I was scared!" I shouted, interrupting him. "What...?" "Ah! No! Don't!" He lightly kissed my lips before releasing me. "I'm just kidding... Now, get ready for school," he teased and he stood up. As he opened the door, he turned back around and faced me. "Arianna, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you worried or angry... But I'm not sorry for what I did... In a way... It confirmed your feelings for me. I'm happy." As he left I felt my face grow hot. Agh... He was right. The worry I felt... confirmed that I cared. That I wanted him home. Well... I guess in a way it wasn't that bad. I mean, he dent reject me...
