Yes 8000 is his goal bc he wants 1st & I am sure everyone else that is going first their goal is more obviously because they want first. Your comments are irrelevent so stop posting.   15.  is there even anyone close to having as many pugs as him??? If not then why try to go for 8000 when pugs could go to people that need them. If someone is close to having that many pugs then I see no problem with him trying to go for 8000 since he wants to be number 1.
