hi im just wondering if theres a way to get into old accounts? because i have tried getting my old account back (caitlinthebrokensoul) but it doesnt seem to work and i was wondering if i could get some help/feedback on this since that account has everything on it and i cannot for the life of me remember everyones usernamess so thiis would be really helpful
You can send a help ticket. Tap the gear icon at the top left of your home page and select the Help button. It's not a live chat, so it can take a day or so for a response. You'll likely get an automated message asking for a lot of details and information to help prove account ownership. It's not guaranteed, but they might be able to help you get into it. Locking this now, but you can ask other general game questions on this thread, or in the advice channel of the pimd discord.
