I am. Find gauze bandage,and surgical tape. Annnd hydraulic peroxide. Pour it on his arm and wipe all access blood. Put on gauze and tape it down. That should do it.

 

I'm not trained but what do you think I did in my neighborhood? Stalk boys?

Thank you. I wrote more. Annnd. Check on it every hour to see if you need to change it. Also use antibacterial cream and put it on. He should be fine in a couple of days. If he isn't suicidal.
