It is a rare drop from the spinner. You can spin the wheel for 100 token. You can get tokens by watching the ads that they offer or you get a random amount of free tokens every three hours (assuming you open the present box). The spinner can be found on the right side of the home screen it's the button with the cat and the orange diamond on it.
