I would like to know what the odds are in obtaining a Tabby? My RS spun 200 times in one sitting, received none. This does not include the other times he tried. Your customers here are looking for some positive fun reinforcement. I will not be participating in any more monthly negative spinner challenges until you start to fairly give back to your customers.
Over 300 spins without a tabby doesnt mean it's rare, it's a set-up for huge disappointment n to drive ppl away from any more spins. You fix this thru programing, it's nothing about luck. I can live with that if this is a 5m stat item or if you tell us there are only 5 of these in your shelf. I suggest you take away the spinner completely, no more spinners from now on coz no one would like to be ripped off this way.
