Um no. In the last BoS we had a noob who was only there to get hires/vollies. She had no idea at all how to war and a BoS war is NOT the time to be trying to teach people.
Exactly. Anyone that doesn't know what a war is does not deserve to be there. I know there are some 1kcs'-ish that have warred would be good. But those that have no knowledge of wars shouldn't join at all. And most of them are 5kcs-
