@OP... Noob - a very annoying player. Someone who talks BS and doesn't back it up. "noob rage" noobs get angry very easily..funny to watch..but easy to troll. Noobs are predictable.. Newb/newbie. - a player new to the game. Should be helped. "noobs" pick on newbs.
