How can I make forum threads??

 

Go to the actual forums, select where your thread would fit best and at the bottom should be a button that says new post.

 

Once you're in forums go to forum then pick a catagory in which your thread belongs in (wars, off topic, other pimd disscusion.) Then tap "new post" which is located at the top right hand corner. Then type out your thread making sure to add a subject in it. Lastly, tap post which is also located in the upper right hand corner. And huzzah!
